Local Sales Manager

R Communications has an opening for a local sales manager for a cluster of five Radio stations: La Ley 102.5 FM, Digital 101.5 FM, 710 AM News Talk KURV, Super Tejano 102.1 FM and La Lupe 89.1FM/620AM in McAllen, Texas.
The candidate is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities; Direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in local sales for the radio stations; Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for account executives. The ideal candidate will be bilingual with at least 5 years of broadcast, digital and management experience, proficient in computer software (Power Point, Word, Excel and Tapscan).
