Job Posting: On-Air Personality / Content Creator
Full-Time Position Available
Radio United is seeking a Full-Time On-Air Personality / Content Creator to join our team in the Rio Grande Valley. This role combines hosting digital morning show segments for XHAVO with supporting the digital department through content creation, social media management, and brand representation. We’re looking for someone with a strong on-air presence who can also serve as a creative force in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
• Host and contribute to digital morning show segments for XHAVO.
• Engage in on-air discussions, interviews, and interactive features.
• Assist with digital content creation, including video, social media, and graphics.
• Monitor and schedule social media posts to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
• Check and respond to digital department emails daily.
• Create original content to connect with and grow our digital audience.
• Represent the station as an influencer and ambassador at events and online.
• Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Director on monthly project deliverables.
• Ensure all content complies with company standards, brand voice, and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience in radio, broadcasting, or digital media preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage audiences.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
• Creative, professional, and detail-oriented.
