IT Technician – Radio Stations Full-Time Position Available
Radio United is looking for a highly motivated IT Technician to join our Engineering team. This role focuses on maintaining the technical operations of our radio stations, including computer systems, broadcast equipment, and social media platforms. The IT Technician will work closely with the Assistant Engineer to ensure smooth and compliant operations across all departments.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for staff using company computer systems, hardware, software, and devices
• Setup and configure computers, install and update software, and repair hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including social media platform support
• Maintain databases, servers, studio equipment, and broadcast automation systems
• Support remote equipment setup for the Promotions department
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates
• Assist with building repairs and other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with loud noise, music, or chatter
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
